Trstwise Funds Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a fair and transparent return process. This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through trustwisefunds.com and any affiliated marketplaces (including Wayfair and similar platforms).

1. Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted only if the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items All sales are final for the following (no exceptions):

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Opened or used mattresses and mattress toppers (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance, final-sale, or marked “non-returnable” items

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • For change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any risk of loss or damage during return transit.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the cost.

5. Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 10–20% of the original purchase price applies to all returned large furniture, outdoor storage boxes, and patio sets.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges Exchanges are permitted within the 30-day window for the same item in a different size, color, or variant, subject to availability and the same eligibility conditions above. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Defective Items / Shipping Issues Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a pickup (where applicable) and issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Warranties All products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Extended claims must be directed to the manufacturer; we will assist with the process upon request.

10. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at Support@trustwisefunds.com or call (347) 207-0077.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Await approval and return instructions (including any prepaid label if applicable).

11. International Orders We do not currently accept returns from international shipments.
